Thank you for shopping with Moss Scents. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Romford, and we aim to get your fragrance to you as quickly and carefully as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after our daily cut-off, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
UK Delivery Options & Rates
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. At checkout you can choose from:
- Standard Delivery — £4.89, delivered within 2–4 business days
- Free Standard Delivery — free on all orders of £80.00 and over, delivered within 2–4 business days
- Express Delivery — £10.95, delivered within 1–2 business days
