What is the 'Alternatives To' Range?
These are Moss Scents UK perfumes which are inspired by a stated designer fragrance, NOT a replica or copy, this is not to be confused. We are lovers of premium fragrances and along with some amazing people, we have managed to bring these very expensive perfumes to you for a much smaller price without losing the premium quality smell.
What kind of fragrance are they?
All of our products are Parfums, which is the strongest scent available.
Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately all of our shipping is automatic, so we cannot edit or cancel an order once it is placed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders processed before 8am Monday to Friday are normally processed the same day. Orders placed after 8am Friday aren’t processed until Monday. Depending on the chosen option at checkout, normal UK delivery is between 2-5 working days. During Offer Periods, Black Friday and Christmas this may be a little longer. For International orders please check your email confirmation for delivery times.
What is your returns process?
We accept products back within 7 days for a refund or exchange as long as returned as a resalable product. Please see returns policy for more information.
